My name is Linda Brewster and I am so excited to have this opportunity to continue to use my experience
as a family nurse practitioner to care for you! I have been serving patients in the Yarmouth/Cumberland
area since 1995. I have cared for people of all ages and generations of families. One of my strengths is the ability to listen to patient concerns and address the issues. I feel it is important to involve patients in decisions regarding their care. I love educating patients and making a difference in their lives.

After 28 years in private practice , I have decided to focus on providing patients who need affordable healthcare an option with virtual urgent care using telehealth appointments. I will work to meet your needs and provide timely appointments.

I earned my BSN as a nurse and MSN as a clinical nurse specialist at the University of Southern Maine and my post Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of New Hampshire.

Nurse practitioners are independently licensed through the Board of Nursing in Maine. They have prescribing authority as well as the ability to diagnose and treat acute and chronic illness. They can order diagnostic testing, labs, and make referrals as needed. Nurse practitioners are great at educating patients and involving you in your care!

Fun facts: I love taking teams each year to Guatemala to serve the indigenous people in the villages. I love serving as a minister at a local church. And I love spending time with my 3 beautiful grand-daughters.
